With a manual Octolapse Printer Configuration I got the following error message:
To get rid of this error message, you have to change the Octolapse printer configuration slicer setting to “Automatic Configuration”
and add this G-code at “Start G-code” in the Ultimaker Cura V4.2+ printer profile settings:

After the print is sliced again and Octoprint is configured properly, it should print fine now.
